Yes, I'm a new agent. Here's what that means for you
If you're deciding who to work with, it's fair to ask how long someone has been doing this. I'm a newly licensed agent with Compass, on the Dojo Mod team. I'd rather tell you that plainly and show you what it means in practice.
You get my full attention
I don't have years of closings behind me yet. What I do have is the time and focus to treat your search like it's the only one on my desk.
In practice, that means I read every line of the contract. I research what I don't know instead of guessing. And I ask before I assume, whether it's about your budget, your timeline, or what you actually need from a home.
You get two of us
When you work with me, you also get Gabe Vitek, who founded Dojo Mod and has been helping Nashville buyers and sellers for more than a decade. He's with us on every deal, especially on the parts where experience matters most: the contract, the negotiations, and the appraisal.
I've spent my first months shadowing him with clients and taking classes through Compass, Greater Nashville Realtors, and Realtracs. He brings the experience. I bring the time and attention. I think there's something valuable in that combination.
You get time to think it through
Buying a home is a big decision, and it deserves room. I'll walk houses with you, answer the questions you're not sure are worth asking, and make sure you never feel rushed into an offer.
Sometimes the right advice is to wait, keep looking, or walk away from a house you love. I'll tell you that when I see it, even though it's not the easy answer.
You get the right people at each step
No single person handles everything in a home purchase, and no one should pretend to. Here's how it works with us:
Contracts and negotiation: Gabe and me, together
Financing: a trusted lender, who I can connect you with
Inspections: a licensed inspector
Every step in between: me, keeping it all moving and keeping you informed
This might be a fit if...
You care about how a home will feel to live in, not just how it looks in photos. You want someone who takes the time to understand what you need. And you'd rather ask questions than be hurried.
You don't have to be ready to do anything yet. If you're curious, I'd love to meet you, whether that's a coffee, a call, or a walk through a neighborhood you've been wondering about.
I'm Jazmin, a real estate advisor in Nashville with Dojo Mod at Compass. I help people look at the feeling and potential of a home alongside the numbers, so they can find what genuinely fits.
